1. Agreement
By browsing, registering, or purchasing on Native Scripts ("we", "us", "the Store"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Store. These Terms apply alongside the terms of our payment processor, Tebex, which handles all transactions.
2. Products
Native Scripts sells digital goods — primarily scripts, mods, and assets for the FiveM platform (a community modification of Grand Theft Auto V). All products are intended for use on private game servers operated by the buyer.
- Each license is granted to the purchasing account only and may not be redistributed, resold, or shared.
- Source-available products may be modified for personal server use unless stated otherwise on the product page.
- Free products are governed by these same Terms.
3. License
Unless explicitly stated as open source, every purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product on game servers operated by the purchasing account. The following are not permitted:
- Redistributing the product publicly or privately, in whole or in part.
- Reselling the product or claiming authorship.
- Reverse engineering encrypted or escrowed components.
- Circumventing license verification mechanisms.
Violation of license terms may result in license revocation without refund.
4. Account & Authentication
To purchase products, you authenticate with your Cfx.re (FiveM/RedM) account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of that account. We do not store your Cfx.re credentials — authentication is handled directly by Cfx.re and Tebex.
5. Payment
All payments are processed by Tebex. We do not see, store, or have access to your card details. Prices are listed in USD by default; the currency selector adjusts displayed values for convenience but the final charge currency is determined at checkout by Tebex.
6. Delivery
Digital goods are delivered automatically after payment confirmation. Delivery typically completes within minutes. If you experience a delay greater than thirty (30) minutes, contact us via the Discord listed in the footer.
7. Support
We provide installation guidance and bug fixes through our Discord server. We do not offer one-on-one server administration, custom development under the standard license, or compatibility guarantees with third-party scripts.
8. Updates
Buyers receive free updates to a product for the duration of that product's active maintenance lifecycle. We reserve the right to discontinue maintenance of any product, in which case access to existing versions remains available.
9. Liability
Products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Native Scripts is not liable for damages arising from use, misuse, or inability to use any product, including data loss, server downtime, or revenue loss.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Store after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision.
